I have created a document in Publisher 2003with a colored background. It
shows to have no borders on the screen. However, when I print it, it has a
white outline border that I have not found a toggle for to get rid of it. It
has nothing to do with Master Page, Line/Border Style, or anything else I can
come up with. Can anyone help?
