MS Office Forum / Publisher / Commercial Printing / November 2006Error Message When Saving as a .pdf
Hi there! This is my first post here, and I'm hoping that somebody can help me? I've created both a flyer and a 2-sided postcard using the Beta 2007 Version of Publisher (complete with the technical refresh), however when trying to publish either file as a .pdf for commerical printing I'm getting this error message: Publisher cannot save file. I've used this beta prior to this to create and print both flyers and postcards before the technical refresh was installed...I never had a problem saving to .pdf for printing. Is anybody able to help? :o( Have you downloaded the PDF add-in for the Beta? It was only after I installed the add-in that I began getting the error message. I'm also using Adobe Acrobat, however to save as a .pdf I am trying to use Publisher via the "Publish as a pdf" function and/or the function that prepares your file for a commerical printer.
