Hi, I have a Publisher file that has 3648 postcards (8.5 x 5.5) in the merged
file.  I want to print these two up on an 8.5 x 11 sheet but it will only
print the same name and address in both fields.  I want to set it up to allow
one different name on top and one different name on the bottom.  How can I do
this.

Thanks,
Chelsea.Black@stratospherehotel.com

Have you tried printing the merge? If you are referencing the print preview, it
will show both cards with the same information, this is a Publisher bug.
When you merge you should have only one card on your screen. Open Publisher's
help, type merge, scroll to the bottom of the list to "About mail merge."
