how can i get all pages of a booklet to print?

I am trying to print a 62 page booklet. Each time I print a sample on 11x17
paper, 5=6 pages are missing evenh though they appear on the screen. How can
I get all pages to print?

Add two pages or subtract two pages and try again. Publisher does booklets in
groups of four.
