I am working on Pubisher 2003 and am working on a large 19in by 39in
document, but I am trying to print a couple of proofs to check for spacing
and positioning, now my question is, is there a way that I can print unto a
regular sheet of paper where i can view everything? Sort of like a reduction
of my file unto one page instead of printing on several sheet because the
final output is in a printer and I dont have that paper size
Thank you!

You can try converting it to a .pdf and printing that on a single page.
