Are you using Acrobat? What version Publisher? If you are using Publisher 2007,
download the PDF converter. Instead of printing to the PDF, save as a PDF file.
This seems to work better.

> From pub to pdf, text box colors don't come thru
JoJo - 13 Mar 2008 05:45 GMT
I am also having the problem of coloured text in a text box changing to black
when saving a publisher file as a pdf.
I am running Publisher 2007 and Acrobat 7.0 on Windows XP (5.1.2600) Home
Edition. I have downloaded the add in. I am saving in CMYK colour.
I tried your suggestion but it hasn't made any difference.
I also have a box at the bottom of the page that is filled with gradient
colour change from white to red and the red is coming through ok even though
the red text changes to black.
Any other thoughts?
