When I convert a publisher document to pdf , I lose the headers from master
pages. This happens from various source files.
I am not the originator of any of the files.  I tried designating my printer
in the setup and re-setting the master pages, no help.
Any suggestions?   My only workaround has been manually adding the headers
to the pages-- removing them from Master pages.

Look at the View drop down menu, be sure you don't have ignore Master Page
checked. The headers and footers print okay for me from Acrobat.
