how do I copy font file to e-mail to printer

In your email program, click the paper clip, browse to the control panel, font
folder, click on the font, click okay.

The fonts are located in C:\Windows\Fonts\ . The problem is that you
have to know which font to send. That can take a little time. If you do
not immediately recognize the font name in the list of fonts you will
then have to open each font to view the name of it. It can be quite
tedious but is the only practical way if you do not have a program to
manage your fonts.
As for sending the fonts to the printer it is no different than sending
any other kind of attachment.
