I'm new at working with commerical printers. I need to email color
separations to the printer. I have Publisher 2007. It won't let me print
separations because it says my printer and printer driver program don't
support PostScript language. I don't want to send the separations to a
printer. I need to email them to the commerical printer. How can I do this?

Is the file spot color or cmyk? If it is rgb, you cannot generate
separations in any event.

Ann, since you have Publisher 2007 just download the Save as PDF/XPS
plug-in for Microsoft Office. Save it as a "high quality" PDF and email
that. If you need help call me or email me directly. No printer should
be asking you to make separations from Publisher, that's their job.
