When I updated to Publisher 2007, I was not aware until today that at least
one font is missing or deleted in the process.  I have a job that I created
in a previous version of Publisher with "FuturaBT Book" and "FuturaBT Bold"
that when I open it with 2007 can not locate the font.  How do I locate and
re-install this and any other missing fonts?

Neither Futura BT Book nor Bold were included with any Microsoft products.

You obviously got them with another product. I would try Google first and
failing any results there, start figuring out what programs you had before
and search those dosks.

The "BT" means Bitstream; chances are good these fonts came with
CorelDraw! (approximately v6 or later), which includes a fair-sized
collection of Bitstream fonts (among others).
