I have read the other messages posted on this topic.  I am also having this
problem.  Other people are having the problem with my site -- www.meyersag.com

David Bartosik [MSFT MVP] keeps stating that it is due to plug ins or add
ons, but I just formatted my hard drive and have a fresh copy of Internet
Explorer with all current updates, and it crashes, so this is not an issue.
No foreign code in the html as the website was produced from scratch with
publisher.  PNG or VML option was never selected.

I just wanted to point this out so that people are aware that it is not a
rare problem.  It can happen on any of the pages, so it is not code in one
page or another.

My website views perfectly fine with Netscape.

Let me know if there has been any progress on this subject, or I will also
be looking elsewhere for software.

As previously stated, it is frustrating and kind of defeats the purpose of
having a website in the first place.  Where do we send the bill for wasted
time?

I will admit to being no expert in this Web stuff but as I opened your
site in Mozzilla Firefox it appeared that you have overlapping objects
and I have seen other people say this is a No-No in Publisher Web pages.
I have both IE and Firefox and your page seems to work OK in Firefox but
crashes IE before you can move from the home page.

Thanks for your ideas.  My website only seems to crash IE.  So no one knows
if it is an IE problem or a Publisher problem.  I never tested my site with
Firefox, so I am not sure how the pages view, but I did set it up to be
viewed with both IE and Netscape.

I will try to see if changing overlaps helps any.
