I follow the simply steps to apply master page to a publication page, but it
just don't work.  First of all under the master page task pane in the box
below the page icon, I am instructed to choose the page that I want to apply
my master page too.  I don't even see the name of the master page to even
begin to apply it.  It is as if it doesn't recognize that there one there.  
Help...This computer stuff is making me sick not literally, but you know just
when you think you have figured something out here comes another problem.
