I have publisher 2000 how do I open  document made in 2003 versio

I have publisher 2000 and am trying to open a doument made in a later
version.  How can I open it.

You can't. You will have to ask the originator to save the file as a Pub
2000 file. Be aware tho that it's going to be a larger file than it is now
(due to the way that Pub 2000 handled graphics) and it may lose some
functionality in the conversion.

I'm not going to suggest sending it as a .pdf file because I'm assuming you
want to edit it.

If your sender cannot convert your file to a 2000 document, send it to me and I will
convert it for you.
