Do you have the publication setup as a booklet? You must setup the printer first to
tabloid (11x17) landscaped, then setup your page as a booklet.
Instead of using the current publication, create a new setup, copy and paste from the
old into the new.

So are you saying the actual page in Publisher is set up wrong? We have set
the printer for 11x17 landscaped and the page as a booklet. It all prints
out exactly in the correct place on the paper. The only problem is that the
entire page is reduced in size. I'm a new use, so I'm just learning, but my
friend has been using Publisher for quite some time and has done these
newsletters before without any problems. That's why he is so confused that
suddenly it's not printing out correctly.

What model printer are you using? Is there a Zoom Smart feature? Is it turned on to
print on smaller stock?
