I would suggest either using a proper program for a business logo (a vector
illustration/drawing program such as CorelDraw, Microsoft Acrylic, Adobe
Illustrator, or OpenOffice's Draw tool; or hiring a proper graphic designer
to design your logo for you.
In addition, this newsgroup is for programming-related questions. For
general use of Publisher, there is the main microsoft.public.publisher
newsgroup.
