Can someone help: My publisher keeps freezing up when I open an existing file that contains a mail merge. When I first create the file with the mail merge it works fine. The minute I close and reopen the same file it freezes up. Any ideas? Thanks in advance Ugo Is there an error? Does it happen in safe mode? Is your printer driver current? See if sliding down the acceleration on your adapter helps, control panel, display, settings tab, advanced button, troubleshooting tab. If this works it could be your video driver needs upgrading.
