I have been using Word to create a newsletter which I then email to family
and friends.  The file is becoming too large send via email and I've been
advised to use publisher.  The file is usually at least 4 pages long, with an
average of 2 or more photos per page.
Will Publisher reduce the file size?
Can recipients view and print the file even if they don't have Publisher?

I would strongly suggest using Publisher to create the newsletter, then
convert it to a .pdf file before you send it to your F&F.
