Well, I "restored default setting" and now all of my e-mails (sent and
received) and contacts have been deleted from my Outlook. I didn't know (or
wasn't told) that all of Office was going to be restarted. Anyway to find my
old information?
The Adobe menu is available now, which isn't really worth it as of right now.

Do a restore point. I advised restoring the shortcuts, not discarding your
customized settings.
