Did you look at the templates built into Publisher?

Somehow, I doubt PLLittle even has Publisher.

I know but you have to at least try to give them a little credit at first.
Then when they post back that they don't have Publisher, you have every
right to go all Margolotta on their butts.   ;-)

(Just teasing, Sarah)

I'm feeling a bit more positive now that my newsletter is finished. I just
put the stamps on the last of the 1650 issues. If I leave early enough in
the morning I can hit the post office before work and then they are
finished.

My next task is to write that article on how to make a multipage Publisher
newsletter that can be sent in the body of an email. And printed.  :-)

Hi JoAnn, have you every tried the NetPost services from the US Post Office
http://www.usps.com/netpost/welcome.htm?from=0001home&page=0129netpostservices

I used them for a mailer that I needed to do and it was so worth it to
upload my document and my mailing list and have them do the folding and
stamping and mailing.

Newsletter has to go first class. I only do one a year with that
circulation. The others go to an ever-changing list that I mail merge into
labels. My printer could do everything for me but we're non-profit so we try
to keep costs down. Even $50 can be a breaking point.

But thanks for the link - it may come in handy one day.

Holy crap! If I told the board my newsletter would cost that much, they'd
fire me! We paid approx $2271. USPS wants $4133. That's just not right. I'll
stick with my printer. He's a nice guy and gives me a fair price with great
service. He gave me a wide "guestimate" on allowing them do everything from
the printing on. He figured it might run me $50 more than we were paying for
the printing and postage. Subtract the cost of the labels and an ink
cartridge and it's about the same cost. Maybe next fall..........
