I require input and suggestions from other people whilst writing a voluntary
organisations newsletter.  I use publisher but some people do not have this.
I need either a 'viewer' programme (you already have one for majority of
office programmes) so they are able to provide feedback and suggestions
before we go to press.

For now, convert your file into a .pdf file. If you use Acrobat, you can
send the file in a way to allow your proofers to review and comment. If you
don't use Acrobat, they can still send you comments via email.
