I have changed my computer and wanted to reload publisher 98. I have lost the
casing, all I have is the CD.So I don't have the 11 digit number anymore.
What do I do?

Microsoft do provide a replacement key service, but I doubt they will
provide keys for Publisher 98 as it's so old.
You can probably pick up a new copy of Publisher 98 on eBay, that will come
with a CD key which will also work with your copy (you could keep two
licensed copies of Publisher or you could resell).
Alternatively, if you ask Google very nicely, it might provide you with a
website that has a key on it. Just don't tell anyone, OK?

Is the program still installed on the old computer? Help, about Microsoft
Publisher. The number is there. Disregard the first five numbers - xxx(the
fourth number you will have guess, mine is 4)-xxxxxxx.
