Using VBA to automate the sending of Publisher documents as emails

Hi

Amongst many other things, I run a business breakfast networking group which
holds a meeting once a month for potential new members.

In order to invite people to this meeting, I have put together a single-page
Publisher 2003 document which gets sent out as an HTML message.

This invitation works really well and we have had lots more visitors since
we started using it. However, the process of sending out the emails is a real
pain.

All the contact details are in Access 2003 and I use various queries to
filter the list of email addresses.

Some Form-based VBA is then used to open the Publisher document and prepare
the mailing list - which I then have to copy-and-paste into Publisher !

Try as I might, I have found no way in VBA of taking my prepared Access
email list and then using it to send the Publisher document by email.

The only reference I have found to emails within Publisher VBA is for web
forms, which does not help at all.

So quite simply, is it possible to do what I want to do with Publisher VBA ?

Help  - I am not a spammer, but in 21st Century, I should not have to be
copying-and-pasteing email lists between applications !

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Last time I checked, no.

The next version of Publisher will support automatic merge to email.

Ed,

Short and to the point !

Many thanks, though, as it saves SO much wasted time searching for a
solution that does not exist.

Perhaps it's time that I started playing with that Office 2007 Beta that I
have had lying around !

Kid regards,
