I have went on the tools menu and clicked customize, clicked on the options
tab, under the personalized menus and toolbars, I wanted to select the 'show
standard and floormating toolbars on two rows' box...but it is already
checked. The box is blue instead of white like the rest. help!

Tee hee - I think you meant "Formatting"

I'm guessing it's greyed out. Why, I'm not sure.

Are you trying to get the two toolbars on one row or separate?

ah yes the old late at night 'floormating'...mistake...what can I say. Thanks
for responding though. After I got calmed down and thought about it, I was
able to go right to the source and fix it. The box had gotten un-checked
somehow. I was on the wrong page and came unglued. I do this to myself when I
wait until 3-days to press time for a newsletter I do for the R/C airplane
club I belong to. Thanks again. Nitrojohnny.   AKA JBeditor
