How do I print an A5 booklet which has only 14sheets successfully

I have an A5 booklet with 14 sheets. I need the cover of the booklet to be
blank on the inside.  The 14 sheets has thrown the sequence of printing out.  
Is there any way around this?

Make the cover a separate document.
