how do i remove name "Billie Rae" at top of resume page?

Did you try the delete key? What about the backspace key? Is it in a header?

Yes, I believe it is in the header.  I did try the delete key, and the
backspace key.  I even tried to move what was under the header "Billie Rae"
to the top of the page.

It might be in the "master page", which you can edit by typing "Ctrl+M" or
in the header, which you can edit by clicking "View", "Headers and Footers".
