Do you mean a human being type printer or the kind that sits on your desk?
(I am assuming you don't have a human being sitting on your desk.) If so,
how you you getting your files to the printer?

No, it isn't a "human" printer and it is not on my desk.  I am printing to
file and I have a 12-page newsletter that is currently at a "print shop" and
they cannot print the pages out because they said the font is not embedding.
I don't know how to fix this problem.

Do you have software that would allow you to make a .pdf on your system?
