My catalog in Publisher will not collate properly no matter what setting I
put in print settings with collate checked my 28 page catalog will not print
all 28 pages collated properly other than if I request one catalog.I have to
partially collate the catalog myself.I have had this problem off and on with
different versions of Publisher for several years.

Unless you are programmatically generating your catalogue, then this
question would be better posted in the main microsoft.public.publisher
newsgroup.

What is wrong with the collation you are getting currently? Are pages
misordered, or are you just getting no difference between "collated" and
"uncollated" output? Are you duplexing? Manually or automatically?

Ed,The catalog prints in order but if I ask for 2 or more collated catalog to
print
the printer will print page 1234 for example then print page 1234 again on
the second catalog. The printer will then print pages 567 then print page 567
again, etc, etc instead or printing all 28 2 sided pages then start to printing
the second catalog again all 28 pages pages like it should.I have publisher
set to collate and print 2 or more catalogs pages 1-28 and then repeat
settings pages 1-28 again.
The collate works but not printing all the catalogs I ask it to from 1-28 It
prints a few pages then repeats a few pages again. It has worked in the past
but seems to screw up like this once and awhile.I sell on the internet and it
is very frustrating when trying toprint catalogs that go with each order I
pack.I am very mechanically inclined and can't figure this one out.

Xerox may have a new driver or at least an answer, the web site has pretty good
support articles.
