Is there a way to create an html link on a picture in a PRINTABLE, document
and not a web page?

Thanks All!

Sure, you can create a hyperlink in a printable publication. Insert, hyperlink,
browse to somewhere. You can control+click the hyperlink when it is on your
screen and it will go to the link.

Are you trying to link a picture rather than embed?
Insert, object, check create from file, check link, browse to your file.
