I created a form in Publisher 2003.  I want to be able to type in the blanks
and print it.  I want to use the form over & over again.  When I type in the
blanks all info in the form starts moving.  How can I fix this?  Thank you.

Put the form on the Master page, create text boxes on the publication page.

Thank you swo much.  One additional question.  How do I set up the tabbing so
I go straight to where I want to type?

Well it depends on the form. The tab markers are across the top of the work area
when you have a text box selected.

There is a graphical example here, this is a 2007 help file, but it is the same
in 2003.
