Everytime I try to type, edit or move text in a new or existing publication,
I get a pop up box that says that publisher cannot complete the operation. I
have gone to the change or remove program thing and selected the "fix problem
in the change area.  (I thought that I might have deleted something important
by mistake) It said program repaired, but its still the same. It will let me
make word art or do stuff with borders and pictures, but I can do nothing
with the text
