We could save objects in the content library and I would like to write a
macro that would build my page by placing my object on the page from the
content library.

Actually what I am attempting is to  open a pub placing my object created
previously for faster design in the library and just us them as needed
placing them on my pages and then creating a pdf file with merge data.
