How do I use mail merge from a Works data base to print envelopes in Publisher. Everything sets up looking correct but my HP printer prints in portrait . What are you using to merge to, a label? When you say portrait, what do you mean? Are you using Publisher 2002 (XP)? Do you have a label number, envelope size or whatever. We'd be glad to help if we had more information. When you merge you can only have one label on your screen or one of anything you are merging to. Publisher has no problems with a Works database. This article is 2003 but it applies to 2002 as well.
