Look into the catalog merge. If the graphs are images it should work.

Thank you for your respond, my next question is I need to import about 400
individual's information into Publisher, but do I need to do each manually?
That is going to take up a lot of time. Is there a simple solution to it?

Do you have a data base with this information? You can use Excel, Access and
even Word for the data. Publisher has a list generator as well.
The simple solution is to merge the information into a catalog directory. If
each individual needs their own page then set the catalog block for one across
and one down.
Did you take a look at the URL?
