I am trying to make a retirement statement for each individual including
graphs.  My question is can Microsoft Publisher perform this action?  I need
for it to load individualy for each person.

Look into the catalog merge. If the graphs are images it should work.

Thank you for your respond, my next question is I need to import about 400
individual's information into Publisher, but do I need to do each manually?
That is going to take up a lot of time.  Is there a simple solution to it?

Do you have a data base with this information? You can use Excel, Access and
even Word for the data. Publisher has a list generator as well.

The simple solution is to merge the information into a catalog directory. If
each individual needs their own page then set the catalog block for one across
and one down.

Did you take a look at the URL?
