how do I MAKE MY COMPUTER RUN MS-DOS

I re-install program SERIF WEBPLUS 6 in my computer, but my computer shows
this message( c:\windows\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The sysem file is not suitable
for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows applicaion.) however I was use this
program before in my computer.but now I can't .can you please help me to
solve this problem.thank you
