converting pub 2003 to bmp or jpeg

How can I convert a publisher file, like a calender, to bmp or jpeg so any
one I e-mail can read it?

While waiting for decisions from his 6 university choices, Ed sees a

I would recommend creating a PDF rather than a BMP or JPEG - you can use
PrimoPDF from www.primopdf.com to do this.

In Publisher 2003, go to File > Save As and change the File of Type to your
bmp/jpeg extension.
