I am  using Publisher 2003.  Most of the document is a bunch of tables.  I am
able to do all  the formatting I want except for one thing: When I increase
or decrease the number of columns in a table, I want the column widths to be
distributed equally across the table.  Word 2003 lets me do this.  Why not
Publisher?

Table limitation. We are hoping for improved tables in Publisher 12.
