is it possible to make a program in vb6 to draw a kind of seyes lines just
like the french notebook for young pupils ?
Is it possible to do that just like with word by recording a macro without
knowing anything of vba ?

You can indeed make a program in VB6 to do pretty much anything that you can
do in the interface (especially in Publisher 2003)

Alternatively, you can use the Visual Basic Editor in Publisher to create
macros.

Unfortunately, there is no macro recorder functionality in Publisher.
