Don, thanks for the information. As a first timer to posting both to the web
and this board, your instructions are a little vague. As I noted in my issue,
I am using Publisher 2003 to design and post my new web pages. My windows
platform is XP Home Edition. The issue remains, why do I get the Error
Message that the files could not be loaded to the web yet my home page
appears on my website (www.carvidsystems.com). Even though the home page is
there, the hyper links to the two additional pages do not work and a picture
is missing on the home page. I have tried posting these pages as both an HTML
and via an FTP but with not luck in either case. An additional question based
on your response; how do I ensure the html, gif, and all image files are
being uploaded? I appreciate any assistance and thank you for your response.

You can find most anwsers at http://www.publishermvps.com/
starting with the FAQ - http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30
You'd want to review the "how to publish" article
http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=33 to make sure you are
following the process correctly.
If you do ths process then Publisher will accurately upload all the html and
image files. If you do this yourself using a thrid party client then you are
responsible to verify you upload all files correctly.
If the site is not uploaded with the correct file dependencies then the site
will have issues (topics covered in the FAQ).
As for your error message, if that is coming from Publisher, I recommend the
following... restart the PC, verify with the host that your upload URL and
login is correct, then after the restart clear the browser cache, then open
Pub and follow my publish article.
