Is there anyway to manipulate the order in which the data
from a form is returned?  I can't seem to figure out the
order that is being used.  Any new fields that are added
to the form go to the bottom above the contact info from
the Reply Form.  Anyway to move them around on the e-mail
response? So that new fields do not automatically go to
the end of the form data?

It's all in the order the form is built and not modifiable.

A reorder would require the form to be rebuilt from scratch.
