I Can't Publish!

I have 3 web sites created with Pub 2003.  2 of the sites are hosted with the
same server and another is hosted with a separate server.  I have tried to
publish changes to all three and I get an error.
Documents in this folder are not available.  The folder may have been moved
or deleted, or network problems may have prevented a connection to the server.

Does anyone know what my problem might be?  I wouldn't imagine that it is a
server problem since it's on separate servers.  I have had 2 of these sites
for almost a year and have uploaded changes to them numerous times.  The
third I created and did the initial publishing a month ago.  ANy help or
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it's just the documents are unavailable, it sounds like the paths to the
documents needs correction.

Is this with ftp or http?
Is this publishing with Pub 2003?
Have you rebooted the PC doing the uploading and tried again?
Have you tried deleting the account and recreating it?

I have tried ftp and http.  I am publishing with Publisher 2003 (which I have
always done before).
I don't believe I have rebooted.  I will try that.  I did re-create a new
account and tried to upload to that, to no avail.
Can you please verify the correct syntax for both ftp and http?
example -
ftp://236.11.23.75
http://microbusinessva.com
do I need the www on the http?
Maybe I am just having some sort of brain thing!  It's been a while since I
have published.
Thanks.

try the reboot, it may be that Publisher has not fully closed a previous
connection.

for full ftp and http instructions refer to the 2003 web section on
