web e-mail button design in Pub 2003 (wrong embedded address)

hi all

how do i change the embedded link from xyz@mydomain.com to the appropriate
e-mail address that I desire...

Controls are modified by right clicking it and selecting it's properties menu.

dave,

it does not exist, no properties menu, there is hyperlink when I highlight
the text "e-mail" but it  does not seem to override the embedded
xyz@mydomain.com
Again, I referring to use the featured called:  Web e-mail Button Designs.

If you are using a Design Gallery object then you right click it and select
hyperlink and then email address in the hyperlink box dialog and then set
the address.

If that's not what you are talking about then you'll have to post the step
by step method you are using to create the button in question.
