if your path doesn't work it's not the path's fault, you need to have the
file there. your path you've posted is first jumping out of the current
folder then jumping into the folder folder and in the folder folder looking
for the file picture.jpg

if you can't figure out your path and file issues then post your URL for
review and I can try and offer advice on what I see.
