web page resolution

Hello, can anyone tell me how to create a web page in Publisher 2003 that has
1024x768 resolution?  The program's settings only provide for 640x480 and
800x600.  At these resolutions, the published page has an empty patch on the
right when viewed by computers with a 1024x768 res.
