MS Office Forum / Publisher / Web Design / November 2004Can't FTP - Port 21 Problem?
I have been publishing 2 websites using MS Publisher for a couple of years. In the past 2 weeks I have been unable to connect to upload through Publisher 2003 or Cute FTP. I spoke with Teach Support at Hostcentric (my hosting co) and they see nothing wrong on their end. They said that my Port 21 is blocked. How do I unblock it? I have Windows XP with Service Pack 2. I have disconnected my router, disabled Norton AV - no luck! Thanks for any help! This would be a Windows XP SP2 topic/issue off topic here.
