I am trying to place a movie in to a publisher web site, does anyone know if
it's possible? I also have front Page that I can use, but I have done most
of the work in publisher.
Thanks

You don't place it "in" a web page. You create a hyperlink on the page that
links to the media file that you upload separately.

Yes you can add a movie to your website. I have one on my webcam
page. It's just a matter of first creating the movie or using one
that's already made and then uploading that movie file to your
webspace and adding the code (html) that "points" to that movie file
on your webpage.
My webcam site is

and when you scroll down you'll see the movie with its first frame
frozen BUT if you want to play the movie you just click on the
controls.
