uploading linked pictures

If you link your pictures when you are building your website rather than
embed them, how do you go about uploading your files so the pictures show up
since publisher changes all the files names of the pics to img1, img2, etc.?

Jayda, If you upload everything in the folder including the renamed images,
doesn't that work? You don't need to upload the original pictures.

you would upload them manually using an upload client.

Yes! I find that linking them makes them look much clearer than embedding them.
