I saved a Publisher 2003 file on CD from another computer and I cannot open it on this computer which has Publisher 2000 installed. Can I convert without buying another Publisher 2003 program? While in Publisher 2003 save the file as a Publisher 2000 file. Do you have Norton? Disable Office Plug-in and try again. If you have Publisher 2000 and cannot open the files, have your sender convert them.
