I created a web page using Microsoft Publisher 2000.  I got a computer with a
newer version of Publisher (2002) which transferred or reconfigured the old
file to the new system.  I have now made changes to the file but cannot make
any changes when I try to upload it.  I search for help, followed the steps
but changes do not occur.  What do I have to do in order to update my web
page?  I have tried to redo the entire page using the newer version and I
cannot upload it to replace the existing page.  I would greatly appreciate it
if you can find a way to help me.
