Looks like a lot of people are having issues with this. I have went to the tip & faqs section for publisher and it really doesnt get into what I am thinking about. Is there a simple way to build a form and have it send the results of the user like a lot of programs do. This is the first one where there are limitations or stipulations requarding what your ISP uses. No one can predict what program an ISP will use or upgrade to in the future. I know that the Email Server Software I use does not support what publisher uses and that is why I need a simple work around like 90% of the other software manufactures use. I dont want anyone to think that I am being a shrued about this, but when you get stumped, what else does a person do? Publisher has built in forms and supports them with FrontPage extensions. You can use a template form or build one with the form controls in the Insert menu. On the submit button control you go to Properties to set the email address the form results should go to. David, What it's asking you is does the person you pay to host your site support front page extensions. Some do and some do not. To support such extensions, the web hosting service had to purchase software (sw) from microsoft (ms). Some hosting services choose to not purchase the software and hence not allow you to use a program that requires it. Incorrect. Microsoft makes the FPSE available on microsoft.com as a free download. Due to the wide spread popularity of FrontPage and also ASP.Net, the lack of support for FPSE is (imo) suicide for a host provider. But Publisher does have support for not using FPSE in the forms, it does support using a host provided program, that takes more work and knowledge though.
