when i move objects they get copyed, why?

Im using publisher and im creating a web page. i applyed a master page, and
on the first page, when i move objects they get copyed why?

See the thread 'Cannot see Master Page' by Don on 12/13/04. You will find
that generally using a master page is not supported or recommended for web
use in Publisher.
